Order Cancellations

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your order is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
